This book of outlines is to help you to convey to your congregations the great
principles of Christian living and holiness.
The first section of these outlines is a study on the book of Malachi. These are
a little more than outlines. They are short sermons complete with illustrations.
This section is dedicated to applying the teaching of Malachi to Christian living.
The next part of these outlines deal with the subject of holiness or separation.
This is one of the themes of Malachi. God’s call to all His followers is to be holy
as He is holy (see 1 Pet. 1:1 6). The highest challenge of every believer is to
respond to that call through full consecration and to experience the cleansing, empowering work of the mighty Spirit of Holiness. The entire pursuit of the holy
way opens new possibilities of growth and development in Christ-like-ness.
The last part of this book is just a mixture of different kinds of outlines.
Every pastor bears the awe-inspiring challenge to convey God’s Word to his congregation.
It is with the prayer that this material will help in this challenge
that I publish this volume of outlines.
Take this material and add research, illustrations, meditation, and prayer
to these outlines, and ask God to bring those hearing your preaching to
new levels of faith and holiness.
I dedicate this volume of outlines to my second granddaughter, Kennedy. She is beautiful—just like her big sister Reagan.
